Para compensar a total falta de posts, hoje vamos ao que foi a base deste blog: comidinhas do dia-a-dia. E hoje é dia de feijão.
Lembro que fiz meu primeiro feijão lá pelos 13, 14 anos... Minha mãe trabalhava fora e por telefone me deu instruções e prestou o "acompanhamento" para que eu não explodisse a casa.
Bom, com o know how de quem faz feijão há pelo menos 15 anos, lá vai minha receita.
Feijão
Serve: duas pessoas e sobra para a janta.
Tempo de preparo: 1 hora
1. meia xícara de feijão preto de boa qualidade
2. 5 xícaras de água
Limpe o feijão e coloque numa panela de pressão com a água. Depois que a panela começar a chiar, deixe cozinhando por 40 minutos em fogo baixo.
Depois deste tempo abra a panela (coloque a panela em água corrente e espere parar de sair vapor antes abrir, assim evitará acidentes) e mantenha em fogo baixo sem a tampa.
Agora você pode temperar! Para um tempero básico use:
1. um cubo de caldo de bacon
2. três mega pitadas de Fondor
3. mangericão
4. pimenta do reino
Se quizer incrementar, frite algumas calabresas em separado e adicione ao feijão. Eu gosto com bastante caldo, mas você pode deixar fervendo até que fique com o caldo a seu gosto.
Se-gre-do:
Para que o caldo fique com uma certa cremosidade, você pode morrer esmagando alguns grãos e ferver muito o caldo.... OU, adicionar uma colher de chá de maizena dissolvida em um pouco de água. Feijão aguado ninguém merece....

meu tistimunho: no caso do feijao não engrossar espontaneamente (pq isso às vezes acontece, e não é feitiçaria, é tecnologia - da natureza mesmo) esmaga sim os grãos do feijão pq antes tu usar um amido da própria coisa do q introduzir um amido alheio, ainda mais MAIZENA que é o fim da várzea carboidrática.
e a juliana exagerou ao dizer "MORRER ESMAGANDO" pq é super barbada!!
outra coisa q super ajuda a engrossar (qq coisa, não só feijão) é cebola bem picada.
e sou super fã de louro no feijão!

Porém, minha alma carcamana apita que manjericão no feijão é pura heresia. Se quiser dar um CHEIRO DOIDO, algumas folhas de louro fazem o serviço (e deixam a coisa toda mais CABOCLA).
Eu também evitaria o caldo de bacon (réplica a Anonymus Gourmet) e colocaria uma costelinha defumada, dessas vendidas na seção de feijoada dos supermercados.
