Tortino di zucche

Essa receita foi tirada do caleandario que ganhei da Anita e do Renato, diretamente vindo da Italia. Testei semana passada e foi aprovada, so que nao vou traduzir... vai em ingles mesmo, ok?

* 400 g courgettes (zucchini)
* 100 g butter
* 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
* 30 g flour
* 2 eggs
* whole milk
* breadcrumbs
* salt and pepper

Preparation:
Boil the courgettes until they are slightly undercooked. Cut into thin slices. In a pan lightly fry the courgettes in half the butter. Arrange them in a greased oven dish and cover with breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare a bechamel sauce with flour, two glasses of warm milk, 30 g butter, salt and pepper. Add the eggs to the sauce and mix well together. Pour the sauce over the courgettes.

Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs and add pats of butter.

Bake in the oven until golden brown on top.
